"Our experience with PRS was wonderful. We had a pipe break in our attic which caused a good deal of water damage. Our project Manager Bill was absolutely perfect in being prompt, extremely helpful in answering questions, and taking care of everything from the beginning of the mitigation process to the final sign off of completion. We would HIGHLY recommend Professional Restoration Services!!"

"Water line in down stairs half bath failed while no one was in the house. Water flooded bathroom, kitchen area . I cslked my insurance company who within hours had emergency crews at my home. It was during this event I was lucky enough to meet Todd Wilkins of Go Green Restoration of NC . Since then Todd and Go Green had done several projects for me as well as my good friends. I consider Todd and Go Green Restoration a fantastic ally not only as a very knowledgeable professional, but as a great person that knows his business and outperforms every time . Highest recommendations."

"We had a water leak in a skylight and it caused water damage in the ceiling and adjacent walls. OCI Restoration was incredibly effective. They were at my house on short notice with a team of professionals. They were mindful of our furniture and belongings, and created barriers to protect the areas that had not been damaged. Their team was courteous, polite, and very responsive to our needs. They were able to settle everything with our insurance adjuster and made what could have been a difficult situation, very easy for me and my family. We will always be grateful to OCI."

"Amazing company! Great customer service, and communication!"

"Chris Holland the Sales Reps was first rate. His quote was fair and would always call to let us know the status of our project. Chiris was able to work with NC Farm Burea to determine the amount they would pay due to hail damage. The crew along with Eick the project manager was first rate. They cleaned up all there and insured all the nails were removed from the drive way and lawn. i have recommended them to others and think they are the best."

"They did an amazing job and would highly recommend! Very knowledgeable"

"A water pipe burst and flooded my entire downstairs overnight. C and Z came in with multiple fans, dryers, and dehumidifying equipment to dry out the floors and walls. They then fumigated the area to prevent mold and mildew. They also cleaned and or replaced the air ducts in my crawl space under the house. Corey was very professional and respectful. He kept me informed with status update reports as work progressed. I would definitely recommend C and Z for your emergency service or mold removal/prevention related projects."
