"Daniel arrived on time. Started on installation of new system inside and outside. He was very attentive to details and made sure everything was done correctly. Daniel was polite and friendly. Great example for your company. The old unit was removed and area was left clean. Mark arranged the date and thoroughly discussed costs. The estimate he presented was less by 5 to 6K than other companies. Very pleased I selected this company. Thank you A/C and Plumbing Pro."

"This company is nothing but a scamming company. Will not tell customer the pricing up front but will charge credit card without an invoice at time of working on unit. Overcharge for warranty item. $1904.40 to install warranty circuit board. They will not contact me by phone nor email. Paid $4,000 for their program which does not good when they over charge to install warranty parts. THIS PART OTHER CARRIER COMPANIES CHARGE $110 NOT $1904.40. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAMMING COMPANY."
