"We called Sun City Mechanical to get a tune-up for our 5 ton Rheem central air unit. A youg technician, Matt, showed up and spoke to my wife while I was at work. He ran tests on the motor and the fan. He falsified the readings for the motor - said it was pulling 23 amps instead of the actual 17 amps, and the fan was pulling 1.1 amps. He used this to try to convince my wife that the AC unit was beyond repair and that we needed a new AC unit. He also tried some other scare tactics with my wife saying that if the compressor goes, it would cost $600 to replace the freon. If the unit is shot, why does the compressor or freon matter?!?! Then, he told her that she should buy a Frigidaire central AC unit for $6,800 because it was superior to a Rheem! My wife called another company for a second opinion."

"Heath and his team are exceptional. They promptly responded to phone calls, showed up on time, and performed the work in a professional and efficient manner. You will get an honest assessment from Heath. He will not try to oversell or add in things that you don't need. After receiving quotes from 4 different contractors (2 large/2 small), Heath's Air was the best value by far. There was never any sales pressure and they answered every question I had before making my decision. I had a complete HVAC system replacement as my previous one was about 25 years old. They came in, did their job, kept me informed of their progress, and made sure everything was working properly before finishing up the job. "I am so happy with Noble Refrigeration because they are so professional, skilled, and honest. They did NOT try to sell me a whole house filter, an A/C safety valve, an $80 patch for my attic, or anything else I didn't need (as Day and Night did, and that's why I looked elsewhere and didn't even want Day and Night back to do the fall furnace inspection I had already paid for).
I appreciated Noble Refrigeration fitting me into their busy schedule and being on time! They really knew what they were doing and had all the proper tools and gauges to check my zone doors and freon level. They gave me tips for keeping my system in top shape and were patient with all my questions. My system needed nothing and is working very well.
I was so impressed that I asked (they never mentioned it) if they had a service contract. Yes, they do, and I joined immediately to cover two visits--today's and next October for the furnace.
