Jesse G, operations field manager taught us how to do maintenance of the tank to prolong the life of the water tank (e.g. draining every 6 months and changing anod rod annually). Since our water heater was still on warranty, Jason helped us to exchange the water heater at Home Depot and gave us advice on which one to upgrade to. Jason also installed the new water heater. Because of the expedient service of the plumbing company, we had hot water on that day!!! We were very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others."

"The team that came to my home examined everything to include where the faulty water heater had leaked into the wall and hallway carpet. For each area they either had a solution or offered sound advice. I had purchased online the night before a new water heater. They went to the store and brought it back. Removing the old heater and a few other items which were faulty. They installed the new heater, keeping me informed of each step. When they were finished there was a walk-thru and a thorough cleanup before even asking me to pay the bill. I will call them in the future if there is any need."
