"After spending $30K with them to "repair" my foundation, it's been over a year now that I've been waiting for them to come back to finish the job and do the warranty the work that they said they would do. Since they've been paid, I can't get any response from them. The work they did was horrible, not according to the Architects plan, they used different materials and did the work improperly. They said that they would be coming back to correct it all. After several no shows and no responses, I had to file a state complaint against this company, it's owner and license holder. Meanwhile my home continues to suffer more because of their caliber of workmanship and lack of ability to do their job properly. If possible, I would not give them any stars!"

"The tech came out and was very courteous and respectful. They had to remove the toilet in order to get the cutter into the line running to the sewer. He did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards as well. The symptom that caused the service call was resolved, sadly there is the possibility of a larger underlying issue."
