"We came in from camping to find the AC had gone out in 110 degree weather in July.  The Stand Up Guy at Gallaghers was very prompt, very professional and wanted to sit us down at the kitchen table BEFORE he ever looked at the unit.  It was a 100.00
service charge to diagnose the problem.  We made it very clear that all we wanted was for the AC to work.  He diagnosed the
problem as a bad circuit board and said he could make us comfortable that day for 1000.00 because he had one in his truck.
Since we had been camping I told him we could get a 2nd opinion and sleep in the guest house.  Repairman #2 fixed the problem in about ten minutes and only charged us the service call...  I have delayed entering this information because I kept thinking the AC would go back out.  The repairman at Gallaghers either didn't know what he was doing, or he knew exactly what he was doing if they get paid on commission.  Either way it cost us 100.00 for the experience.

I was pleasantly surprised that the technician was the same gentleman I talked to over the phone so I did not have to retell what was wrong with my system. Jason my technician who is also the owner was great. He tested my system, knew exactly what was needed, and had it repaired the very same day. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
