Instead of being the cold water line feeding the water heater, he determined (correctly) that it was the line feeding the hose bib on the side of the house. They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs.
