"For weeks I had been trying to get someone to install a garage door but this summers Hail storms have everyone booked. Fortunately, we Met Shawn at his booth at the Anoka County Fair....I almost walked past his booth without stopping assuming he would be booked too....GLAD I STOPPED TO TALK WITH HIM! He came out 2 days later (after dinner) and installed the door. He then came back out on Saturday to install the Lift Master opener. Shawn went above and beyond to help us. We were exceptionally pleased with the professionalism and the honesty of the person representing Sears. When we initially called him, he made an appointment for a free inspection.  He arrived at the appointed time. When he inspected our 2 garage doors, which were both off track, he said that the track systems could be replaced, without having to replace the doors. The doors are still in good shape. We had been told by one other company that the doors and tracks all needed to be replaced and their estimate was around $2600.
We made the appointment for him to replace the tracks. He arrived as scheduled and had the tracks replaced within a couple of hours.  The cost was $500, the same as the estimate he gave us.

The day ran a little long because of a glitch with the city inspector, so the install had to be delayed until the next day. Everything went well with the install and Greg's crew finished the slab. Nice quality work and the site was cleaned up well."
