"Cesar came to estimate on the day I called. Two weeks later on the agreed date they showed up on time. The crew was very polite and professional. They did everything asked of them with great attention to detail. The dust was minimal from the sanding because they used professional equipment. Before they left every day they did an excellent job of cleaning. I would highly recommend this company for any flooring job. They also do major remodeling and I would recommend them for that too based upon the job they did on my floors. I’m impressed and happy with the job!!!"

"I am very pleased with the renovation results that Cardona services gave me. My 1972 Manufactured home needed an update and reinsulation. My house was drab and chilly in the winter. Ricardo had good ideas and satisfied any concerns I had and it showed. It was recommended to insulate the ceiling first to prevent heat from escaping as it rises. Ricardo recommended R5 insulation board to be covered by a smooth covering. I was concerned it would bring my 7ft ceiling down and feel claustrophobic. But, gaining heat efficiency was the priority so, I agreed to Ricardo's plan. To my surprise, when Ricardo was done, my ceiling seems even higher! The rooms feel more spacious. I love it. The new hallway doors with black knobs are stunning, along with the new black bathroom faucet. My Manufactured home feels like a regular home . We love our new surroundings. "I own a mid-century modern house built in 1960. I purchased the house from the estate of the original owner. The lady who originally owned the house had Alzheimer?s and lived in the house with a care giver in for 10 years prior to passing; her husband had passed on 5 years prior. There had been very little maintenance done in the house for many years and was 95% original. I hired Integrity Renovation & Electric to remodel 2 bath rooms and paint the master bed room. I made it very clear that I expected the same high level of quality that the house was originally build to. There work was as good as the original builders. I am very happy with the finished job.
They were very accommodating; because of my work I am only in the house on weekends. We made arrangements to meet at the house on a Saturday and they had a quote for me to sign a week later. As the work progressed previously unknown problems were found both structural and pluming. I was keep well informed of the additional expenses which were very reasonable. 
I wanted the new tile work to compliment the original house décor, lowered ceilings over the showers and tubs with the tile turned 90 deg. on these surfaces. Accent mosaic tile strip on the walls, mosaic tile floor in the shower and 12? tiles on both bathroom floors. Recessed lighting was added in the showers and above the sinks. New contemporary plumbing fixtures were installed. The finished job looks very good.
During the renovation the job boss was in the house 90% of the time and there was always someone working in the house. During the final days of the renovation there were as many as 5 workers in the house putting the final touch on their work and preparing the house for my inspection. I am pleased with the quality of work and would hire them again.

"I have used Murphy's three separate times to replace doors and windows in my home, and I plan to use Murphy's and only Murphy's in the future. The staff are experienced professionals who are knowledgeable and courteous. They take the time to understand what you want and work to provide just that. These are not pushy sales people or amature carpenters; the craftsmanship that is put in to the installation of each piece is wonderful. To date I have had two exterior doors with screen doors, double entry with screen doors, and two sets of casement windows.
