He advised that our particular unit (and its component electrical controls) is no longer being manufactured and that a replacement "motherboard" could not be secured from the manufacturer. Further, he obtained a price quote for an updated replacement unit and determined the cost(s) of installation. Our old unit is still working and will need to be replaced in the near future.
