"UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner, Alex, caused numerous delays on our project, totaling 12 business days. On top of that, he increased the written estimate on a line item. I asked for an explanation and he talked in circles and sounded like a used car salesman. That was the tipping point, and he overheard me call him an ahole. Like a child, he instructed his worker to tell me they were walking off the job. Now, our kitchen cabinet installation won't happen in time. Don't hire this company. This owner is immature and not customer-centric."
