But as my grandsons grew older, I as a widower wanted a space for them to watch TV, have friends over and play games such as air hockey and pool. I wanted a TV viewing area on the smaller side and a game room on the other side with a half bath. The estimate was very fair. These guys know what they are doing and took charge, sometimes working late into the night. I worried probably too much about the small stuff.
