"Awesome service. Very professional. We love our new tankless water heater."

"The service was prompt and did solve my problem."

"A little high priced for a toilet repair. The stopper was not fitting on the seal when you flushed causing it to run constantly. $395 was a pretty high in my opinion for a $20 toilet kit. We should have done that ourselves. Water Heater did have problems and we were happy to get a new one and have installed. There again, paid a high price for water heater."

"Very professional and personable. Very upfront about pricing and options for repairs. The request was followed up on the next morning, and the job was completed in a timely manner the next day. Thank you!"

"John just installed two water heaters for me. He did great job with reasonable price. Thanks John!"

"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. Thanks to Mother Plumber, I feel brilliant!"

"Great service. The plumbing techs were friendly and efficient. BUT... the company's charges are on the high side."

"Good service! They took care of everything and got all of the right licenses from the city. I also hired them after the job for some other electrical jobs."

"The technician was professional and thorough!!!! He answered all of our questions which helped us to decide on the type of hot water heater that we needed. I also appreciated him putting on shoe coverings whenever he came in the house and he put everything back just the way he found it in the garage where he was working."

"The job went very well, approximately 1 hour, that's with travel to acquire the necessary part. The service repairman was competent and professional. I thought the overall cost was a little high for the simple job that was performed. I do appreciate the job well done."
