When they were in my ceilings, they discovered (and showed me) huge sections of my hot water horizontal lines that were all but rusted through. Not only did they replace the two leaking sections of cold water horizontals; but they replaced ALL of the horizontal cold water and the horizontal hot water pipes that were easily accessible (I wasn't willing to let them cut up the rest of my living room ceiling to get the four additional horizontal lines; but, they will be doing that for me at some point.)
