"The repair work was well done. I had no idea it would take 2 people. The first quote was for a lower price but then they did not have the parts so I said OK to the more expensive option. But then they were not able to do the more expensive option so they went and got the part for the lower price option. But ultimately they charged me for the higher price option. I have called three days in a row and have not been able to resolve the price discrepancy."

He contacted the provider and not only got it replaced at no cost...which involved getting a local retailer to forego the price for my model which they no longer carried. Speaking on my behalf was above and beyond what i would have ever expected him to do. His price was fair and he came out on the weekend. He corrected installation errors from the previous installer and was available to me after the install should i have questions. "Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors...
