"Mike cleared our backed-up sewer line fast. Very professional and explained everything clearly. The drains are flowing perfectly again."

"Really great experience, and I felt like I was working with someone honest. Richie was so informative and helped me figure out the problem right away (turns out my dishwasher itself and not the pipes). Really thankful and will be using them moving forward."

"Good plumbers. Have done job professionally. Good customer service. Show up on time. Finish job on time. I could save some money but worth to pay for good service I got from them. Definitely recomend them."

"The technician replaced my old water heater, new pipes and corrected the system to work smoothly.....I'm satisfied with the work.....Good job Johnny!"

"Personable, easy to work with and good listeners. I was pleased with the installation of the tankless water heater. It was professionally done, appearance of piping was good and upon completion they left the work site clean. Advised on other plumbing projects that could be beneficial to me and I appreciated the fact that Caesar corrected a wrong installation under the sink. I definitely and highly recommend Cal-Tech to friends and anyone who needs any sort of plumbing projects done. LNT :)"

"Ruben was on time and worked very efficiently. He explained what he was going to do to tackle the problem. He showed me the crack that was on the cast iron pipe and gave me two options. I elected to go with replacing it with ABS pipe and got the job done under two hours. On top of that, he covered the floor with a blanket and vacuumed the area afterward. He also had special shoe attachment to not get your floor dirty as well. I highly recommend Ruben and his services!"

"We smelled gas and suspect a gas leak from the meter and had a technician from SoCal Gas to come by to check it out. After the initial test, the technician said that we have a very small gas leak. We called around to find a reputable plumber. We also found Mike from All Service Plumbing but Mike missed our appointment by 4 hours. We call Albano next and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. The next day, right on time, Eric shows up at the door. Eric checked out our gas line but didn’t find any gas leak. Eric said that he doesn’t know what to charge us for because in reality, there isn’t any gas leak. I love seeing this honesty in a business because I hardly see this honesty policy anymore nowadays. I asked Eric what can I do to maintain the gas line better and Eric suggested to do an upgrade on the valves. I agreed and the rest is history. I like Eric’s personality, I trust his work, he is professional, humble, honest. I even get a call from Ben (at the office). The Albano staffs are professional and I like it. I will keep Albano as a favorite. Ok here it goes: “Honesty is the best policy. You earn my trust, I give you my money.”"

"Started with my bathroom toilet that would not drain.  I was unsuccessful so call experts,.  they ended up putting a scope and found that my iron pluming was flaking and needed jet blasting to restore to clean.  they asked about our main line.  We usually have trouble every year or so do to a large tree that has roots going into the main line.  They scoped the main line to the street and found a big root in our pipe that took up most of the pipe.  A couple of loads of wash and it would have backed up.  solution was to dig down 7 feet by our sidewalk were the root was and replace the pipe.  When they got down there the replaced the pipe and scoped to the street and found some more roots and it was clay back to out clean out  which was about 15 feet from the first hole.  They could sleeve to the street but we have a weak link in the clay to the clean out.  So we opted to do a non trench, replace the clay, sleeve the to the street and jet the house.

"Tommy was here on time and kept my informed every step of the way. One of the best plumbers I have come across."

"I needed my gas water heater to be replaced. Called around to several places from Angie list. Read the reviews about Tony and the company. Made the call spoke to Tony had schedule for Friday 9/15/23. I called back after our conversation and ask if he could stop on Thursday and he said yes he would send out his Field Supervisor Richie. Richie arrived early and was very cordial and answered all of my question. Keeping in mind I thinking that he is just going to assess what would be needed for Friday 9/15/23. Tony arrived and said what was needed. And then Richie went to work. The replacement gas water heater was replace with another Bradford White water heater. Richie had the work finished and the area left clean. The customer service from Drain city Plumbing Inc in Torrance is the best. Thanks Richie. Review by Jennell G. Gardena CA. 9/14/23"
