They diligently examined the area, then used a jackhammer to dig into the slab around the pipes. Doing this, they were able to find the location of the leak and replace the necessary pipes. This was a big relief to me, because the previous plumbing company I used was unable to find the leak. They were able to send out someone the next day I'd be available to be at home. The technician, Barry, was on time and was very friendly. He was able to determine that the leak was not coming from any part of my A/C unit, but was from another pipe in the same area. He also made some adjustments to the shoddily installed piping connected to my A/C unit and replaced a pipe that needed to be replaced. I was very pleased with the work done and am considering signing up for their service contract. If I encounter any problems with my A/C unit, Moncrief will be my first call."
