"Wes @ Rapid Rescue Rooter & Plumbing did an amazing job fixing our plumbing issues and even gave us advice on how to properly care for our drains and system to avoid problems in the future. Very, much appreciated!! Wes was quick to return our call and schedule an appointment that worked best for us. I also scheduled for work to be done at my parent’s home, knowing they would be in knowledgeable, trustworthy hands! He is definitely highly recommended! Thanks so much Wes!"

"We’ve used this plumbing company multiple times across several properties and have always had a great experience. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond whenever we need service. It’s hard to find honest plumbers with real experience, and these guys definitely know what they’re doing. Every job has been handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. Communication is always excellent, pricing is fair, and they consistently deliver quality work. We truly appreciate having someone reliable we can count on for our properties. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable and experienced plumber. Five stars all the way."

"Fast, professional service, but the price was a bit high. Wish I knew why exactly I paid so much just for capping a gas line."

"Got the jobs done right, my technician was Alex & he was professional & friendly & clear on all steps for my project needs."

"Excellent customer service found the problem to my ceiling leak and was able to fix and install new pipes"

"Chad was great. Provided a thorough inspection and a great estimate. Tricky part was I have granite countertops. Lowes and Home Depot wouldn't touch the project in fear of cracking my countertop. Cameron was onsite too and they both worked together effortlessly. So nice to get great service (times two)!"

"I had drywall issue and received 5 different reasons for the problem from 5 different contractors. DrainTek was the only one that used a moisture sensor along my walls and found the leak point. They proceeded to repair the faulty pipe and were very professional, meticulous, and clean. I hope I never have a major plumbing problem again but if I do, I’ll call DrainTek first."

"Tito was referred to us by our contractor and it was a pleasure working with him! We needed an extension for our shower valve. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient. While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!"

"They arrived on-time! Hired they for ac duct, dryer vent cleaning and tankless gas water heater flush. Pay attention to detail and clean up after job is done. Will hire them again for next year's spring cleaning."
