"David fixed my water heater !!!!!!!"

"recently had our water heater replaced and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. They explained everything clearly, cleaned up after the job, and made the whole process stress-free. The new water heater works perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water heater replacement or plumbing work!"

"Hiring Boss Pro Plumbing was the best decision I have made. I called them to help repair my tankless water heater, and they did an impeccable job. Will definitely keep them in mind for the future."

"Dave is AWESOME! Talked with me and we went though all the work he was doing. We checked the electric Panel and ensured a good power source. I feel confident in his work, his personal integrity and the quality of the parts he repaired/replaced my Water Heater with."

"Were able to quickly replace my water heater and explained all of the work they did."

"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

"I had no hot water. Joe was in the area. He was kind enough to stop by and take a look at my water heater. Joe, in a matter 20 minutes, was able to analyze what the problem was and fixed it. As opposed to a company that I have been a long standing customer, could not fix after 3 visits. Should I need a new water heater, I will be calling Upstate Custom Remodels."

"Thank you to Alpha Drain Pros for the service. My new faucet looks great and I appreciate the fact that William took the time to listen to his customers needs!"

"I was isolated at home with a broken leg, in the middle of winter, when my old propane hot water heater died. This company answered the first call I made to them & sent a technician to evaluate the heater the same day. Their team came the next day to take out the old heater and professionally install a new one. They handled everything from A-Z, and the new water heater works perfectly. Their prices were fair & honest and they explained every cost to me. Every single person in this company was so kind & compassionate - from the person handling the phone &, scheduling to the technicians to the owner. Thank you to all of them! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Saratoga & would go no where else for future plumbing needs."
