"I've been a customer of Wooldridge for years and have never been disappointed. This time was no different. They are always timely, professional and thorough. Greg pointed out a small problem and was willing to wait while my husband ran to Ace Hardware to get what was needed so we could save money. We are very satisfied with the knowledge and customer service that Wooldridge provides!"

"Follow up service call for a water softener system we had installed 2 weeks ago by Wisler. Ashley did not do the install. She came today to correct an issue found as part of the install. She did a great job. Her knowledge and professionalism were excellent. We appreciate the work she did. My rating on price was not Ashley's fault. It was related to the service contract recently presented to me for Wisler to maintain the system. Apparently the manufacturer has issues with their software which is reflected in price in our contract. It is quite expensive!"

"This company is amazing their work is top notch! Brandon Frost brought the entire job together. Great salesman, great service. We are totally satisfied with all that's been done for us."

"They were efficient and replacing my leaking outdoor faucet and most reasonably priced would recommend their services"

"Chris told me exactly how it would go and that it would take about 4 hours. Well he and his co-worker finished in about 2-1/2 hours, cleaned-up and hauled all boxes and old equipment off. Very professional, knowledgeable in a lot of different areas, and punctual (shows-up on-time or calls to explain why he can't be there i.e. weather). I would definitely hire this service(s) again."

"After years of freezing winters, we signed up for a membership with this company—a decision that changed everything. When Ryan, our HVAC technician, arrived for a routine check, he immediately noticed something wrong. The thermostat read 90 degrees, but the house was 50. For five years, I lived without heat in that house. I called company after company, but no one could fix it. Eventually, I lost hope and convinced myself the old house was beyond repair. Unable to face another winter, I moved to another city. But Ryan didn't give up. He went to the crawlspace and within five minutes found what no one had discovered in five years: the wiring was wrong, and the heating cable had never been plugged in. For the first time ever, warmth flowed through my vents. My home was finally warm. I'm incredibly grateful to this company for employing skilled, dedicated technicians like Ryan. I only wish I'd found them sooner—it would have saved me years of suffering and a move I never wanted to make."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"We're tickled to death with it. Called and he made time to come on out here and had to take a panel off and the old heater out because it had busted. He actually cares about his work and what he's doing. He cleaned up and took the old water heater with him when he left. I never felt like the dollar sign was the only thing he's lookin' at."
