"Saved by Ehrhardt Brothers Quality Plumbing (a.k.a ColumbiaPlumber)! (West of Baltimore) Our gas water-heater failed! It’s 30° outside! (Mar 2026). It was leaking, so we shut off the gas, the pilot, and the water inlet, to lessen damage if it burst. Ehrhardt offered a price based on our descriptions and photos, of course with caveats for anything unexpected. A water-heater costs a pretty-penny, but less than we expected. A fair price. They came the next morning, and had the water heater replaced in 90min. Impressive. But the manufacturer sent a unit with a bad pilot! Ehrhardt returned immediately and in 30min, they figured it out. They had a replacement part over-nighted. The next morning, in 30min, done. Hot water. AAAAAHHH :-) The problem was the manufacturer’s fault, and Ehrhardt handled it flawlessly: Excellent communication by Ehrhardt, priority attention to our problem, no excuses, just fast resolution. Great service staff. Perfect!"

"Everything went extremely well. We wanted to finally install central air to our older home, so we called around and got several estimates. The salesperson Tom Kelly, that came out was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and explained several options. After the estimates were done, we decided to go with Jimmy Gusky based on the reviews and the presentation Tom had given. The estimates from all the companies were somewhat all around the same price, And we didn’t want to go with the cheapest estimate. Initially we were only looking to have central air added onto the furnace, but on installation day, one of the installers brought to my attention that there were small cracks in the heat exchangers of the 20 yr old furnace. Based on the potential of the furnace leaking carbon monoxide into the house, it was decided to just replace the furnace and get a new HVAC unit. The two men that did the installation were very experienced and knowledgeable. The new system looks and works great. I supplied my own Nest thermostat and they installed that as well. Kudos to the two installers who definitely knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them"

"The repair man was a Burmese guy, Joe, and he did an outstanding job changing the anode bar and removing the sediment from my water heater. This should extend the life of the tank. Joe showed up 10 minutes early and finished promptly. He worked hard and had the necessary supplies and tools. He knew what he was doing. I would glad to use Joe again in the future!"

"People don’t plan to have their water pipe burst. Seeing as it was -10 degrees today it’s no surprise ours did, despite every effort to make sure the water in the pipes were moving. They went right to work, cutting open the drywall surrounding the bursted pipe. Took pictures for me so I could send it to my insurance company and fixed it in no time. They were perfect gentlemen. It didn’t take long to see how kind, down to earth, professional and mindful of my concerns. Ya know how uncomfortable it can be not knowing who is coming in your home. I felt so comfortable with them. Wound up joking around with them as though I’d known them for years. The two guys who came were Ivan Perez and E’Nedino Diaz. Not only did they fix the reason for which they came, they even fixed a few issues we had in our upstairs bathroom. They did so professionally and efficiently. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others. To me they were angels with their wings and halo’s hidden. ?"
