We had a major plumbing fail of old pipes, causing a lake under the house. He replaced the original 1950s piping that was leaking heavily, and it was a lot of work, but he brought a big crew to get it done quickly so it did not inconvenience my tenants. We'll soon have him back to replace the rest of the old sewage pipes before they leak. My tenants really liked Geremi, and his ratings were excellent. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat, and I will hire him again, very soon, to complete the overhaul."

"I had a great experience with Western Rooter. Vinny and his team were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with a leaking vertical sewer pipe, which was located behind a wall. The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the work, they found some additional holes in a connecting pipe. Instead of trying to upcharge for the additional work, they completed the additional repairs at no cost to me because they wanted to make sure they finished the job in its entirety and leave me with a functioning pipe system.
