"Responded immediately. First he tested my sump pump and advised me where I might run into problems and also noted a wash line pipe which was on the verge of starting to leak. "We had an issue with our water conditioning system for Aquarius. They attempted to remedy the problem and determined they needed to replace the system. With the system being over 5 years old, I was uncertain what it would cost me, however, the only thing better than the equipment they provide is their customer service. No cost to replace with a better system. Now that is service!"
