"It’s been a while that I wanted to have a company that can come over and check the house for any problems that increased my monthly bills and to fix them at a normal price. I came across this company and I scheduled a meeting with Ezra and Charlie to come over and see/check. Ezra and Charlie checked the house for more than 2 hours and they found out that some of the windows were old and needed to be replaced with new ones. In addition to that, they recommended me to remove the water heater and to install a tankless system that will provide me with hot water only when I need and by having that, my bills will be reduced.The Quote that I got from him was good enough (to my opinion) and I retained them for the job. When my fence came down during our recent wind events, Joshua offered to come over in major winds a do a patch job until he could do the all day real fix the following week.  When he came over to fix my fence he knew I was having trouble getting my neighboor to pay her portion, so he worked with me to keep the cost down without compromising the quility of the job.  I was very impressed with his skill and attention to detail, even during the clean-up.  Will I use Jpshua. Brown for future projects...ABSOLUTLY!

"They are replacing my water heater."

"I had an accidental water leak. I've had the wet drywall removed and the pipes are exposed. (The leak was not from the pipes in the wall). King's Plumbing was the 2nd company that I saw from Angi's. Since the walls were open, I wanted them to take a look at the pipes, to assess the cause of the damaged floors, etc. Also, the mitigators from my insurance company said my shower caused some of the damage and needed to be torn out. Charles gave me a honest assessment of the problems. The 1st plumber told me that I should replace all of the exposed pipe. Charles told me that there was nothing wrong with the exposed pipe. He also told me what I thought was mold and why the mitigators wanted to demolish my shower was hot mop, NOT MOLD. I'm still dealing with my insurance company. I'm still in the re-dry walling process. I haven't needed the help of a plumber yet. But, I would use the service of King's Plumbing."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"I contacted Mark Christoph originally. I left him a message and he returned my call right away. He informed me that he was already on a job in a different area and would be contacting his partners from Howlout General Contractors to assist me with my remodel project.
A Mr. Anthony Guillory called me only within a couple of hours. We scheduled an appointment the very next day to have them look at my bathroom and give me an estimate. The next day both Mr. Anthony Guillory and Mr. Tyrone Barnes came to my house where we discussed the projects that were to be done. They were both very professional and polite in not only their appearance but knowledge in what I was requesting. They told me they would have an estimate of the work to be preformed sent to my email address within 2 days.
Which by the way was the only Contractor to keep their word in getting me my estimate within the time frame that was quoted. One of my biggest pet peeves is somebody giving you their word or promise to due something in a certain time frame and failing to do so.
 I contacted Mr. Guillory and told him that I would like to have him and his partner come out and do the remodel on my bathroom as we had discussed, that was on a Friday. They informed me that they could come out on Tuesday to start and that it it would take approximately 8 business days to complete. They not only arrived on time as scheduled every day but cleaned up after themselves daily. Due to some plumbing problems beyond their control the job lasted another day longer then they had quoted. To make up the time difference they came out and worked on the Memorial Day Holiday to help keep the project on tract. I don't know many Contractors that would have done that. Mr Barnes also fixed the tile on my front pouch at no extra charge. The job was completed on time and both my wife and I were completely satisfied with not only their work but in how they treated us."
