"Beware........ stay away....... save your self the headache.........this is Florida Where to begin, the service has been horrible. I got my shower installed in Dec of 2024, and I'm still trying to get my shower fixed properly. There is a list of things wrong with my shower, 1. A drippng shower head for over 4 weeks(that was told was normal by Joe that they came out 4 times, to so call fix it. He blew in the head of the shower and put it back on instead of replacing the valve like I told them in the beginning.) FINALLY FIXED 2. Water pooling in the left front corner of my shower (still not fixed yet) 3. Sliocone caulking coming off, still not fixed yet ( I was told don't worry about it it won't go behind the wall. 4. Doors are off set there is a gap in the wall( I was told it my existing wall not the wall that they put up, yet there is a gap in the framing.) 5. My doors were put in backwards, so when Joe fixed it he added more scratches to the base of my floor to match the other ones"

"The owner Marc was prompt in contacting me. He diagnosed my problem over the phone, hunted for the part , and arranged for his technician to make the repair within 36 hours ( the part had to be ordered). The technician, Ed, was timely, polite and knew what he was doing. Very pleased will use them again when necessary."

"They are thief's. Over 6 months ago they came out to fix my freezer door. The screw to the handle had broke. We were told we had to order a whole new handle to get the screws. Twice they came out with the new handle without the screws. They left the new handle and said they had to order the screw. That became ..oh the suppler doesn't have them....we can't get them...we will try and find them... the only screws that have bee gotten are the screwing they gave us. They refuse to give us back our money. The handle is still sitting on top of the refrigerator exactly in the same place the technician left it. They lie and are thief's they hope you will go away and forget."

"Grandview did an excellent job of remodeling our kitchen. We had visited two other kitchen remodelers before stopping by Grandview. At the first remodeler, the staff never helped us even though we looked around the showroom for 15 minutes. At the second, the staff was very helpful and generated a quick ballpark estimate of what our remodel would cost, but it turned out to be too pricey relative to the value of our home. When we walked into the Grandview showroom, we were immediately greeted by Joel, who talked to us about our needs and wants for the project. He started creating a plan which met our desires and was within our budget. He and his sister Susana (it is a family business) then visited our home to take measurements and look at what exactly we currently had and came up with additional suggestions for the project. Grandview then sent their electrician/plumber James (yes, he’s licensed in both trades) to review placement of lighting, electrical devices, outlets and switches and answer any questions we had. He was very helpful and based on his experience made suggestions on some lighting options we were unsure about. After a few more visits to the showroom to iron out details and select colors and components we signed the contract. The entire project was handled professionally from initial concepts and estimates to final plans and renderings through removal of old cabinets, counters, etc. and installation of new cabinets, counters, backsplashes, lighting, plumbing and reinstallation of our recently purchased appliances. Joel and Susana were always available to us during the entire project to answer questions, and they immediately took care of the few issues that arose. They were always professional and pleasure to talk with. The few glitches in the process (two cabinets that arrived damaged, incorrect drawer fronts supplied by the manufacturer and a shelf unit that fell off the delivery truck lift gate) were taken care of as quickly as the supply chain allowed (this is a time of major supply chain disruptions) and of course without cost to us. None of these issues were Grandview’s fault. Their installers, Randy and Steve, were absolutely superb and quickly took care of the few minor installation issues that popped up to our complete satisfaction. I later found out that Grandview had also remodeled my cousin’s kitchen, and she was also as impressed by their professionalism and quality of work as my wife and I were."
