He placed bait down beliving its an issue with a mouse and suggested if the issue persists for more than five days to call them back. Hopefully they won't need to come back. I was very impressed with Greg and the time he took to explain what he was doing as well as how to remedy the problem and also to determine whether its a bird or mouse that is the issue. <br />"
