Jesse G, operations field manager taught us how to do maintenance of the tank to prolong the life of the water tank (e.g. draining every 6 months and changing anod rod annually). Since our water heater was still on warranty, Jason helped us to exchange the water heater at Home Depot and gave us advice on which one to upgrade to. Jason also installed the new water heater. Because of the expedient service of the plumbing company, we had hot water on that day!!! We were very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others."

"Al's Plumbing is the best. They called me right away when I requested a quote from several plumbers. Al the owner called me. I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. He showed up right when he said he would, did a very high-quality installation and cleaned up after the job was finished. Although it took two trips to complete the job, Carlos did not ask for any additional money and I paid exactly what he quoted, even though the install turned out to be a bit more complex than originally thought. "Two valves and a leak were repaired. I started with old rusted main that was leaking. While doing the work I asked to have the hose bib updated and the system sprung a leak that was also repaired. Daniel Medina was awesome. He was friendly, courteous, fast thorough and did a great job. I was so impressed!. Prices seemed a bit high but Daniel did such a great job I barely noticed the sting. Thanks Daniel and thanks Tucker Hill for getting to me in a 'no water in the house' situation, to fully operational with a potential future issue handled in under three hours. "The team that came to my home examined everything to include where the faulty water heater had leaked into the wall and hallway carpet. For each area they either had a solution or offered sound advice. I had purchased online the night before a new water heater. They went to the store and brought it back. Removing the old heater and a few other items which were faulty. They installed the new heater, keeping me informed of each step. When they were finished there was a walk-thru and a thorough cleanup before even asking me to pay the bill. I will call them in the future if there is any need."
