"My wife and I can honestly not be more grateful for the amazing team at Lifeline Plumbing. I'm sincerely trying not to over do our praises, because people will assume we were paid or related to the company, which is NOT the case, I promise! But they have served us so well, I had to share our experience. After purchasing our new home last year, we had several plumbers come to give us quotes on replacing our current water heater. It wasn't your typical replacement as we had one high efficiency dual purpose unit that would serve our domestic water needs, as well as the heated floors. We were interested in basically re-piping our entire system with a tankless system for the home, and a power vented conventional unit for the floors. One of the major companies, whose trucks we see driving all over town, wouldn't even call us back??? How could you not call customers back on a job worth several thousand dollars? I emailed several times, texted, and even called the most senior manager, and still no return call? Well, I'm not going to beg someone to take my money, so we moved on. After searching for a company with good reviews on Google & Angie's, we discovered Lifeline and met Chris. Chris was not like the other people we had in our home, he was personable without being fake, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushing us to make a decision on the spot. As a matter of fact, he even scheduled the quote around my day off, so that my wife and I could both be there, and he even brought one of the managers (Dennis) along too, just to make sure all our questions were answered. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and we decided to move forward. On install day, the crew that did our installation (Bob, Guillermo, & Juan), were just awesome! They were punctual, courteous, and best of all, knew what they were doing! One of the best things about Lifeline Plumbing is their maintenance program membership. It was a no-brainer! There is too much stuff to list, so maybe just check out their website...the important thing to note is that we have used our membership several times, have received same day service EVERY TIME, and have never had to pay for service charges or tune ups. So today we had our free plumbing check and met Phil. Phil is a master plumber (which is pretty rare!), and literally one of the nicest guys ever! Between him and Chris, we would love for Lifeline to expand into all other facets of home care lol! If you need some plumbing or HVAC work, please give them a try, you will not be disappointed!"

"Tankless water heater went on the fritz last Monday. Submitted HomeAdvisor request for quote and Rob called almost immediately. Took some pictures of the old unit and plumbing and had an all in reasonable estimate. They came out next morning (to the city no less) and installed new unit in a few hours, explained everything and tested and was within estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Have great hot water on demand. Wife is very happy as our old Eternal tankless struggled ever since we moved in 3 years ago. Very happy with the recommended Navien and installation from RA."

"Alfonzo arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. Him and I looked at the work I wanted completed together. He gave me two options. A more in detailed option and a less detailed option. Both prices were within the quoted amount. We went with the more detailed approach because of where we wanted our garage heater placed. Alfonzo was here for three hours. He had a lot of cuts to do to make this work. The outcome is awesome. Looks great in the garage and in my basement. He even took off his shoes every time he came in my home and carried them to the basement to finish his work. I would highly recommend!!!"

"He was very good.  I had some company coming from out of town and my air conditioning wasn't working.  He came that day to fix it.  He knows what he is doing.  He gets the job done.  He came within 1/2 hour of my phone call because he was in the area.  He got my air conditioner going right away.  It was really hot that day.  He took care of it right away.  He could have tried to tell me it was the compressor or something, but he didn't.  He was prompt, he did a good job, and he was fair.  He installed a furnace and air conditioner at my mother's house as well.  He did a good job there too.  He was here previously to try and quiet down my air conditioning, but nothing seemed to work too well.  He was really good on the installation, but I thought he was a little high on the repair. "

"On November 15th Chicago was hit with some extreme wind gusts that caused my water heater pilot light to extinguish. I thought this was a simple reset, but the problem was more complicated. I learned the electrode was defective. Had I undertaken this project as a DIY, I would have spent more time than I would have cared to try to figure out why I could not get a flame for my water heater. I was smart to call Four Seasons. My technician figured out the problem quickly. There are times when calling a professional makes sense. I am not an expert on water heaters outside of knowing how to turn it on, clean it periodically, and knowing when I need a new one. Thank you Four Seasons for responding quickly and bringing me hot water."
