"Did a great job putting a gas line in for my BBQ Grill. Requested on Tuesday, work was done on Wednesday. My wife and I felt super comfortable with the techs. Highly recommend for any plumbing/gas job."

"Technician arrived at scheduled appointment time. He corrected the problem of stove gas pipe by buying a shorter pipe and installing it in place of the longer pipe that was there. He completed the job within the appointment timeframe, cleaned up area and was very professional."

"Sunday March 28, 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Doctors Plumbing at 1304 Eastview Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. A consultative approach was used and appreciated. They did not talk down to you as the client/non-plumber in the room. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly resolving both issues. I also had them quote a larger job due to this good experience. I found them to be reliable and I’m sure you will too! Thank you, Aqua Doctors! Kind regards, Major J. Johnson (retired)"

"Sam arrived on time and he was very professional. He answered all my questions and also made good recommendations. After finishing the tune up, I shared with him that I can smell gas in the laundry room or outside the house from time to time for the last year. He immediately checked the connections of the pipe for the dryer and found one wasn’t sealed and there was a gas leak. The previous owner had this house for 5 years and probably they experienced the same issue. Sam fixed the issue . I do not have any gas smell anymore and most of our coughing and difficulty breathing has ceased. I really appreciate the knowledge and the help from Four Season."

"Quick communicator, scheduled fast and arrived on time. Very easy to work with. I didn't see it mentioned on his profile, but he's a tradesman for the gas utility and does this work on the side. Highly recommend."

"Excellent. A minor problem arose with fitting new sink to existing pipes and they handled it smoothly and quickly. Timely, efficient, courteous and thorough. Would highly recommend."

"Plumbers Chris and Haley were very pleasant and very diligent. They explained what they intended to do and why, provided transparent pricing, and they executed their plan. They cleaned up carefully after the work. The drains and sprayer they re-piped and repaired seem much improved. So far, so good!"
