"This was our 2nd job with Eric. It was a complete renovation with demolition down to the studs, removal of a wall and move of door to the guest powder room and move/enlarge the exterior door. John, who did most of the work, was great. It's an old house so of course there were surprises and some decisions couldn't be made until the demo was done. The job started in mid-January and John was able to get the kitchen functional just as NJ was shutting down due to the pandemic which was a huge relief. Highly functional, soft-close drawers and doors were surrounded by GORGEOUS crown moldings, which made for an absolute stunner. The detail and craftsmanship from Alessandra were undoubtedly superb. We loved the work from Alessandra so much that when we decided to transform our ranch to a 2-story colonial we called them back to work again. We changed the look from cherry to a white shaker style to flow with our new open concept layout. Needless to say, once again the detail and design are beautiful. The custom hood range hood cover compliments the area tremendously. They were even able to re-use some of the older cabinets in a service area of our new home. Alessandra also built new cabinets for our wine room, our wet bar, and a 13x13 master closet. They also crafted an amazing coffered ceiling in our dining room, which catches everyone’s eye upon entering our home. Like many people, the pandemic caused us to rethink our priorities and reflect on how we wanted to spend time as a family. Working with Pool Boss to construct our pool was the best decision. Chris was patient and answered all of our questions about the construction process, permits, design, etc. Our project manager, Joanna, was very responsive and handled all the twists and turns of scheduling the various steps of the build. "We had hired Craig in August 2018 to put a comprehensive drainage system in our back yard, which is still proving to be an excellent investment due to he and his team's outstanding work. When we had another drainage issue, this time in our front yard, he was our first and only choice to come take a look. We needed to figure out where an underground pipe in the front of our house was draining, since water was forming at the front corner of our property. A Roto Rooter serviceman told us that the pipe was crushed and needed to be replaced. And when I called Craig to see if he could do it, he said he wanted to take a look first. He brought a few of his team members to our house and dig some digging, both where the water was forming and where the pipe begins at the front of our house. It turned out the pipe does not go to the front of our property at all, but moves a few feet from the house and goes straight down to a dry well. Instead of charging us for labor or simply telling us Roto Rooter was right and offering to replace the pipe, Craig not only told us we could hold off on doing anything, he also didn't charge us for the labor at all. This type of integrity has been hard to find as we have done home improvements over the past few years. It's why Craig's cell phone number is the only contractor's number I've saved in my phone. We consider him a lifetime relationship, and he's the only one we will ever call for this or any type of landscaping work."

"We were referred to Pepe Paving by friends of ours who had just used them and were very happy. Since our friend has high standards and a good eye, we soon after called Pepe Paving for a quote. Maurizio of Pepe Paving redid our patio and created our new retaining wall, replacing our crumbling brick patio and retaining wall bordering it, and removing an undefined buried heap of junk on the corner of our property left by the previous owners (old pipes, fences and other construction debris). The quote he gave us was very reasonable and he was prompt, helpful and professional. He responded to questions within 24-48 hour period. And when the job required more work than initially anticipated (due to 2 hidden layers of cement patio under our original brick patio), he didn’t upcharge us and still managed to finish on time. The final patio and retaining wall far exceeded our expectations. The patio has elevated the look of our house and created a great place for entertaining. Maurizio is a pleasure to work with and graciously answered questions when our neighbors stopped by to see what was going on- they were impressed. We would definitely go with Pepe Paving again if I had any further projects of this nature. I wish more contractors were this good."
