"William Whitman, the owner came out and started doing the work. They found time in a busy schedule to get a job done. I loved how they were very customer service orientated well mannered and professional. They also cleaned up after the job was completed. When it was raining they were kind enough to remove their work boots, in which I insisted they keep them on. However, I would highly recommend Whitman Plumbing to anyone with plumbing or well needs. I have now found my plumber. Warranty was also offered and now I can say they have a long term customer that is very happy and satisfied with service provided to us. Good Job and thanks again Mr. William Whitman!!! :)"

"We discovered a gas leak and hired them to come out and repair. They did an excellent job when ultimately the entire line needed replacing."

"Tech gave me a complete overview of gas log theory and operation and advised me regarding troubleshooting my problem, all without charge. Problem solved. I will use Mowery in future should I ever have plumbing / gas piping issues."

"The waterheater replacement went without problems.  I was initially way overcharged for the small job to connect a gas line.
Mr. Allen (who did not do the work) finally agreed to refund part of the money I had paid.  I was satisfied with the end result.  "

"Adam traveled to my town and fixed a gas issue no one wanted to work on (gas lamp post) he was extremely professional and the price was very good."

"Both Dave and Edgar were Professional and were very eager to solve our problem. We were given several options and suggestions. We will consider using Allen Plumbing again."

"Thanks Andrew, You were very professional and knowledgeable about my issues and gave me options for dealing with them! I would highly recommend this service to anyone with plumbing issues! 👍"

"We had three estimates, Bassett was right in the middle, they were very professional, did a very neat installation and their installation option was the best of the three. We can't wait to see our first gas bill to see how much we are saving with the new 95% efficient furnace and more efficient hot water heater."

"The only problem, and it was small, tiny problem. They was 15 minutes late to the appointed time to start. But that was due to the mis-spelling of the street name on the paperwork. The young men apologized and thanked me for my service in the military. I had my Navy Veteran hat on. They both shook my hand... That is always nice to hear and to appreciate. After showing the young men where the unit was. They helped me move the portable dog fence,so they had enough room to work and entrance to the furnace ( heat exchanger). They worked until about 12:30 and let me know that they needed more acetylene to continue to connect the new piping. And they would "grab something to eat" and would be right back. They was back within 30-40 minutes. That was fast to get everything and be back on the job. Normally I would think at least an hour to do all that. EXCELLENT!!! They continued for another 90 minutes or so. They then shown and explain all the work that was done. Showed all the new electical connections and piping. Making sure that I understand what to look for any leaks from the heat exchanger piping. After I was satisfied with work, equipment then they gave me the paperwork for the payment. By the time I wrote out the check they had the old unit, old exchanger loaded in their truck. They swept the area of the furnace. And they reposition the dog fence in the original spot. "Now how long does it take to write out a check?" They had everything done and running. Top Shelf Comfort heating-air conditioning -geothermal done an outstanding job. We are partners to keep my home comfortable and safe for many years to come. BRAVO ZULU (navy term means "job well done"). Respectfully, William G. Goupell,jr.
