"I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. My kitchen use to be enclosed, making it, and the surrounding rooms, seem very small. However, once Morpho Carpentry opened it up by essentially taking half of two different walls down, the entire area feels so much more spacious. They also gave me more storage for me by adding lower cabinets and a breakfast bar (so I was able to get rid of my kitchen table) which provided even more space. I am so pleased with the work. I typically do all my home/auto repairs myself but on the few occasions that I have hired "professionals" something has always gone wrong. The work was scheduled and your team arrived exactly when I was told they would without delay. The team done such a great job in the demo that the work was actually performed requiring less rebuild than was anticipated originally. Also I would like to add that the communication process was excellent throughout the process, I knew what was going to be done and when it would be done and what it would cost to do each item on the quote. "The entire project went very well. The crew performed the job within the time frame specified and within the quote/price agreed upon. Bob (contractor/owner) was very precise in his proposal which meant I knew exactly what materials and fixtures were included in the quote. This was a far cry from the other companies I contacted previously who provided sloppy quotes, dubious pricing and vague information on their proposals. I requested some changes to the scope of work (i.e. tile choices, faucet types etc) and they all went very smoothly since everything was clearly itemized in Bob's proposal. Brian (installer) and his crew did a wonderful, top-quality job the entire time. We had a few minor hiccups along the way but Brian handled them quickly and professionally. The crew made sure that the entire area was swept clean at the end of the day and that provisions were made to keep the rest of the home as dust-free as possible. Communicating with both Bob and Brian was not an issue. They were both very prompt in replying either to my calls, texts or emails. All in all a great job. "Peter came to our house to assess the task and spoke to me at length about my vision for the basement. He gave me options from a design stand point and options to lower cost. Once we agreed on the project, Tri-Star started right away, worked around my schedule, taking a break at my request when we went on a short vacation. The project was completed in short order. I was able to make changes in the design right up to the last minute. They were always courteous and respectful, taking caution to protect other areas of my home while they worked. When everything was completed, all the areas (including the areas leading into and out of the basement) were cleaned. Nothing was left behind. I was thrilled at the results."
