"If you have a Samsung appliance, do not hire this provider. The reason I say that is - if your appliance is in warranty, or your able to negotiate the repair with Samsung (which I did), they will not honor this supplier as they are not one of their authorized providers. So, I had two service calls. The Appliance Rescue service man was nice, knowledgeable and gave me credit to another service call, but it was 80 bucks that I never should have spent if I would have called Samsung first."
