"David replaced our old water heater with an efficient heater that saved us hundreds of dollars. He was friendly and very respectful as he explained our issue and how he would solve it. Ps. David also removed our old water heater with no problem. He did the entire job in a timely manner."

"I decided to go with Cassidy because out of the 4-5 different companies I contacted, they were the first to respond in a timely manner and their dispatch fee was affordable ($79 vs >$100). The actual service they provided went well. They were on time, finished the whole project within a couple hours and were professional. However, I did remove a star from my rating because they do overprice everything. I was able to cut down my total cost by >$300 by just buying my own supplies (ex: water faucet, basket strainer, faucet aerator, etc.). They were going to charge me $125 for something I was able to get for $4 and fix on my own, which I thought was ridiculous. Overall, I would recommend because they made the whole process go smoothly but I would just be aware of their pricing and make sure they don't trip you off."

"I was extremely happy with the service. Nate Parker returned the call quickly and was there early the next morning to install the new water heater. He even verified the unit before and after installation via text pics as I was in another state."

"Dave (service manager) is friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. I needed the smoke pipe replaced on my gas furnace, along with some routine maintenance, and he contacted me shortly after I posted the job. He gave me a free estimate the next day, which included itemized costs of all the labor and each of the parts needed. He and his colleague finished the job quickly and cleaned the area up when they were done. The cost was exactly what he quoted. I will be using them from now on for all my heating and cooling repairs and maintenance."

"Excellant company, couldn't be more pleased with service. Replaced boiler and hot water heater. Next day service, Ray and Jared were great, answered all questions, and honest in my options. also team were great too, after all work completed they cleaned up well and also explained everything and warranty. Definitely recommend! A"

"Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom."

"Jose was very helpful and diagnosed and repaired the problem promptly. Would definitely recommend his services."

"The service person was courteous and knowledgeable. WE DID NOT EXPECT TO PAY $127.00 FOR THE ESTIMATE at the end of the visit!! Then he offered us a â planâ ( no pressure) for total service with Electrician for several hundred dollar . It included to charge for estimates. Seriously!! We had wanted to go with local company but no thanks!! In addition, he didnâ t mention ceiling issues with steam in bathroom nor mold or venting. VERY Disappointing!! Rip-off!! I politely wrote to them and never heard back.!"

"David was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to explain how he was making the repair."
