About a 1’1/2” wide of concrete floor They fixed the pipe and repaired the cement floor and cleaned up all of there mess. The workers were very nice and did a great job. And very far price. "I got a call from Kyle around 4:55 pm. He said he was able to come out around 7 pm, keep in mind, Hyper Flow closes at 5 pm. Kyle came out of his way after hours, ran a camera through my sewer line, snaked out the line, and then showed me on the camera the second time that the line was clearish. My main sewage line has been building up for a few years. Kyle gave me 3 different estimates for futures maintenance. "Waldo and his guys were honest and straightforward in evaluating my sewer problem: they told me what needed to be done and as importantly, what didn't need to be done. Another company came out and stated that the entire line had to be replaced, even though most of it is PVC since a remodel in the 90s. Waldo answered my questions directly, telling me how they would approach it and what could happen that would involve more work and therefore most cost. Even with these caveats their bid was anywhere from 20 to 60% cheaper than other bids we got. They sent me a video of the completed work showing replacement of the broken pipe as well as the rest of the sewer line. With the five year warranty, I feel peace of mind and confidence that they will stand by their work. If there is any downside, it's that they are very busy so sometimes it takes a bit to get back to you. But I never felt put off or neglected. Definitely will use them in the future for any plumbing work that comes up."
