Got on their wait list for the day, and they ended up making it out there within a couple hours. Made the repair very quickly and got water back up and running. "<p>This company I was very impressed,it started out that Dustin Eaton came out with a helper to run snake down tub drain, in doing so the old cast/lead pipes came apart. We had gotten City of Houston water supply and sewerage about 6 years ago and the tub was allways a problem. After he ran the snake, he said to his helper to run the water and he looked under the house ( Pier & Beam home) and said the pipe were leaking. Also seen that the toilet seal also appeared to be leaking. So I said lets fix it right and get it done. He quoted me on the spot of $1300.00, I thought that was a far price as it took 3 men working under house and dugging trench  to connect pipe to existing pipe. They found a stump in that area where the line needed to go, they brought in extra help to get that out of way.Price never changed</p> <p>On his first visit I understood he had to charge me for the drain cleaning so that is the other $125.00 added to price. Everyone in office starting with the Lady ( Lets not forget the person making the the first appointment) that answered the phone to the servicemen get 5 STARS in my book.They even send me a thank you card via mail with a magnet for the refrig.</p> <p>You bet I will be using them again</p>"
