"Very efficient, I had a new water heater by the afternoon. He called to let me know if he was held up or running late."

"Daniel is always on time and calls to let us know that he is on his way. He is efficient friendly and very professional. We have been using Short Pump Heating and Air since they installed our Carrier furnace and Daniel was part of the installation team. We couldn't ask for a better combination."

"Erik showed up earlier than promised, pressure tested our lines and found a second previously undetected leak in our propane line, repaired the leak for a fair price, and helped my husband and I decide between a traditional hot water heater and a tankless one. He worked with photos we provided of available drains and was able to install the tankless water heater over New Years within one day. He was pleasant to work with and kept me apprised of everything that was happening. He dealt directly with the Amerigas people so I didn’t have to be the middleman. I would recommend this courteous young man to anyone needing their hot water tank replaced. It was strange being called “ Miss first name “ instead of “ Mrs. Surname” but that was more of a cultural thing. He was clearly doing his absolute best to be polite and helpful."

"This was a maintenance visit as part of their plan. They installed my new system. Great price, professional service, and quality work. I'll stay with this group as they have proven their worth. Thanks team!"

"Amazing. When the insurance company screwed me, USA pipe repair went out of their way to help me remove my old water heater, including cutting extra charges to help me in a time of need. I have already recommended them and I cannot wait to use their service to install my new hot water heater once my floor is replaced."

"Great service, quick response, friendly serviceman. Everything you want when you have a leak that needs fixing now. Definitely recommend!"

"Appreciate the work that Southern Plumbing of VA did for our master bathroom. Previous owner did a remodeling project and the bathtub was installed incorrectly and there was a crack. Daniel and his crew did a great job of diagnosing the problem and came in the same week to fix it. They replaced our tub, did tile work, added an access panel to the tub from the exterior wall, and completed it with trimming. I appreciate their attention to detail. It was clear to me that they did not want to leave us without doing their best job. Appreciate the speed and timely communication."

"Carpenters did a great job and the owner of the company Steve kept me informed and gave me suggestions and idea on the renovation that ended up saving me some money. I would strongly recommend them without hesitation."

"I would recommend White's Plumbing & Repair to anyone who's looking for a plumber who will show up as promised, accurately diagnose a problem, and who possesses the skills to make the necessary repairs. After another company had left me in a difficult position by sending a plumber who was was uninterested and/or unable to deal with my problem, White's Plumbing & Repair came to the rescue. Even at the end of a long, busy day, Lorenzo and his assistant showed up as promised and treated me as if I was most important customer of the day. He was thorough, and it was obvious that he took pride in his work. I'm thankful that I was able to connect with White's Plumbing & Repair, and grateful for the good work that Lorenzo did that day."
