"This happened on Sunday. Response was excellent and technician was knowledgeable and very helpful and thorough. His name was Austin. Price I can’t really judge—since I wanted it fixed (replace water heater) immediately I didn’t shop around."

"Said I needed to approach city or county about repair as it was their responsibility (water run-off drain); suggested I might even need to involve the Mayor's Action Committee (implying he didn't think the county/city would "get around" to the job without taking it to the mayor.) "Oh Good!" but probably helpful, knowledgeable advice!"

"These gentlemen were very professional and respectful of my property. They were on time, worked diligently, consulted me before proceeding with certain things and cleaned up after themselves. They gave me a really good deal on a full HVAC system, water heater, and water softener installation. I couldnâ t be happier."

"THE TWO MEN WHO PUT THE WATER HEATER IN WERE VERY GOOD AND DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP. THEY WERE FAST AND DID NOT TAKE THEIR TIME THEY WERE ALWAYS DOING SOMETHING, NOT STANDING AROUND."

"Done in a timely manner and very professional would recommend to anyone it is costly however every company was for this repair. Well pump replacement"

"I contacted Al in regards to replacing my hot water heater and installing a water softener. After sending pictures and giving additional info he was able to give me a quote the same day. He came out to install the hot water heater that same day since we did not have hot water and then returned the next day to do the water softener. Communication was great- quick and concise. The work was excellent, he was very friendly, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend and feel relieved to know who I will call in the future if I am needing a plumber!"
