I received his voicemail; however, within only 20 minutes he called me back and was apologetic for missing the original call. I could sense at that point that he was a sincere individual. I explained to him that my electric water heating unit was located in my crawlspace. I also provided him with the dimensions of the tank and its accessibility in said crawlspace. He was intelligent, personable and quick. I'd give him 7 stars if I could. This gentleman is truly a class act!"
