"We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great."

They arrived quickly after the pipe was fixed by our plumber, demoed, and dried out the areas, even handled packing out our furniture and placing carefully in a pod storage while the work was being done. "Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.
Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend George's painting to others!
