Tech showed up on time and ready to work. Rebuilt pulls quickly and knowledgeably. Attempted to flush water heater but too far gone. Showed me work done and patiently listened to and answered all my questions concerning replacement options. Gave me a good deal on new water heater and was available and ready to install same day. Completed the installation cleanly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tech (I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name) was professional and courteous and worked efficiently. Prices are fair and their use of a standardized pricing guide eliminated any feeling that they were pricing on the fly. Two thumbs up."

Explained what we wanted, which was removal of an old Hot Water Heater and replacement with a new water heater. An appointment was scheduled for the next day at 11:30am. David called next day, Sunday morning, to confirm the appointment and stated he would be able to come earlier. Upon his arrival, he assessed the issue and recommended the brand, the size and provided an immediate estimate. David was more reasonable than any of the other five companies contacted, including Lowe's and Home Depot! This owner was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. My husband is tougher on professionals than anyone out there. But, David won him over! You will not be disappointed with Day or Night Plumbing. We would definitely use David for any plumbing needs. We have used the professionals from Home Advisor several times and have not been disappointed to date. Good job David!"
