"I had a issue with shower pressure and Gavin came out to fix it. They needed special parts because it was not a standard shower. Upon fixing the shower then it was discovered that the hot water heater had a crack in it at the bottom. I was starting to become stressed because I was on a deadline to travel â ¦but Wirenut was excellent and worked with me. Everyone I spoke to like Jessica, Preston, and the answering service were pleasant. Both the techs Travis and Gavin were very polite and friendly. Travis installed the water heater and corrected inspection issue from the county inspector which was minor. I am happy with the service.
