He was here before noon and completed an inspection of the exterior of the house both on the ground and the roof. He determined where the animal was coming into the crawl space, he went into the crawl space and found that the incursion was recent due to the scent and lack of refuse. He placed a trap and instructed me how and when to check it. The next morning there was a raccoon in the trap. I called Mr. Lawson and told him, by the time we returned from running errands the trap and raccoon had been removed and a system installed to determine whether there were more animals under there. After my checking the system for several days with no evidence I called, he returned and installed screens behind the offending crawl space vents, as we had discussed in his previous visit.
