"Jake did a thorough inspection, and quoted several treatment options. First, he trapped two squirrels who were entering the house through a hole above a gutter. Once he was sure the attic was clear and all the squirrels were caught, he installed a metal covering over the entrance hole that was similar in color to the wood trim. At another part of the house, there was a hole in the wood paneling of a wall where small animals or birds could enter. Jake also installed a metal plate of similar color over this hole, insuring that no animal could get in. All in all, Jake was personable, on time, and very responsive to my calls and texts."

"Before I called 1st Response Pest Management, I knew two things: there is a hole in my siding and there is a woodpecker that frequents my property (much to my ire). The hole is high enough up that I couldn't see it very well (my eyesight is not great), so I needed an inspection to rule out pests before I have the hole repaired. He was courteous and patient as he explained that the hole appeared to have been caused by water damage, not a woodpecker. He was very professional as he asked if there were any other areas I needed to have inspected while he was there, but never tried to sell me any unnecessary services or persuade me to sign a contract, etc. He was very professional & friendly, didn't charge for the inspection, then gave me his card and left. Although no work was done, it is frankly one of the best consultations I've had in quite some. If we do require pest control services in the future, we will *absolutely* contact them to do the work."

Inspected and sealed any exterior entry points. Also included food traps. Josh and his team are fantastic, very professional. They communicate at every step of the way. "Perfect! Frank has been our tech for several months & is knowledgeable, courteous & friendly.He is very thorough at cleaning all of the spider webs,etc. Even cleaned our screened in porch ceiling area which no other tech has ever done! He gave us some info that the office did not offer us since we had heard animal noises in our attic line scurrying & chewing noises. When I called the office I was told the techs do not go into attics due to liability issues. Was not told that Greenix has people on staff to do wildlife removal work & such. Will call the office & ask for that if we hear any more attic critter noises. Much thanks to Frank & Greenix for helping keep our unwanted pests from our heavily wooded yard!"
