"I had a pretty bag clogged main line. My shower drain was clearing way too slowly and then it started affecting my toilet and even kitchen at this point. Joseph came through within an hour of my initial call, diagnosed the issue, gave me a really good quote and got to snaking the line. He started through the outside, then inside shower drain and then got onto the roof to snake the vent pipe. He was able to take out some items but it didn’t clear the clog until he pulled out a drain bladder… clog disappeared within 2 minutes of him using it. He and his helper were very professional, and they cleaned up the work areas. We will be calling him about every 18 months to service the unit."
