"After I got a quote from another plumbing service, Donald came in and offered a less expensive solution that would prevent us from paying for potentially unnecessary equipment replacement. He turned out to be correct which cut the price we would need to pay for the repair in half. He was prompt and very efficient while on site and professional in all of our interactions.
