"Keep Smiling sent me Roy Wint and I'm very glad they did. Roy installed a replacement ceiling fan as well as four recessed lights. The result of the project is a much better lit and livable living room. I want to extend special kudos to Roy. He was very professional, polite, and friendly. A joy to have working on my home. He went out of his way to avoid creating any holes in the ceiling other than those housing the lighting fixtures. And he also did a safety inspection of my home's fuse box. I can't say enough good about this young man. I'll definitely be calling him the next time I need electrical work done in my home."

"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."

"Dustin call and arrived around time stated. He was very professional friendly and tried to fix the faucet because no hot water and line was clogged. He explain to me that I would need to replace faucet and he explain the best one to buy. He came back the next day and installed removing and installing new lines . "we have a toliet 40 yrs old, Curtis was able to repair it however because one part was no longer available, we can use it but decided we'd get a new toliet. AND HAVE CURTIS INSTALL it. Curtis is so nice, just like all of the Estes employees we have had the pleasure of meeting with. My husbasnd has been a customer of Estes for aqpproximately 30 yrs. "I am leaving a review before the work is even started. I received a quote from another company and scheduled the work. When they showed up, they tried to triple the cost. I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. They are scheduled to come out this week to start the project. I would highly recommend a company with such integrity in the employees and the owner. I look forward to working with them."
