"Jim Behrendt has been our primary contractor for a dozen rental units and our personal residence for over ten years. We have counted on him for remodels (primarily turning over vacant apartments), plumbing, flooring of all types, and general construction. Working with our designer and architect, Gary opened up the main living area and installed a stunning, multifunctional Murphy bed system from Resource Furniture (Italy).
