"I was please with the estimator, Boston's knowledge and willingness to walk me through the process and unfamiliar territory of basement waterproofing. He was very knowledgeable and answers so many questions, at the time of the walk through as well as in the days after when I had questions after receiving other bids and trying to compare them. In the end, it was just my low budget that kept me from going with Terra Firma. I thought their system was excellent, and would have worked well with my basement, but I had to opt for a less expensive design."

"Patrick is detail oriented, professional and kind. He is knowledgeable in his craft and has great mentor group to back him up. His work is clean and he keeps the jobsite very organized. I knew I was working with a professional the moment he showed up. I would highly recommend him. He did an epoxy garage floor coating for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. "

"Great! Greg did an amazing job. We are so happy with the results. They actually did more than we expected and it really did improve the look. Greg has an eye for design and detail. He gave us a quote one day and we were scheduled for the next week. It was fast. We have been telling everyone and showing pictures. We will continue to spread the word. Thank you Greg."

"We are extremely pleased with the work AJ of AJ Craftsman did for us. He laid a foundation and erected a greenhouse kit. Specifically: He provided a fair estimate and his final bill was the same. He completed the work in two days, starting early and working a full day. He had the right tools and knew how to use them. He carefully read the kit instructions and was methodical in his work. He was very organized and cleaned up each day We will definitely use AJ’s services again. Finally, AJ got an excellent character reference from our dog. She took an immediate liking to AJ. Licking his hand and wagging her tail."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Dallas, OR

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
