When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"Came home late from work one evening and discovered that sewage ejector pump had not been working and sewage water accumulating in the pit. Called 3 plumbers via Angie’s List who had 24/7 service. First guy gave me $1,000 quote by phone, and he would not have been able to fix for at least 3 days. Jim picked up right away, listened to my description of the problem, quoted me at $600-$700 and scheduled me right away for the next morning. He arrived on time with a new pump, surveyed the issue and got right to work removing the old pump and installing the new one. He was personable, knowledgeable and it only took a couple of hours. Would definitely call Jim again if other plumbing issues."
